Integration Center
Overview
The Integration Center is a page for managing integrations with CPQ. There are a number of integrations managed through the Integration Center platform, including:
- eSignature - This integration assists sales users in initiating or canceling documents for signature to specified signers. Signers can sign and save documents. The eSignature integration allows the Oracle CPQ application to prepare documents, assign signers, and create envelopes in DocuSign. Oracle CPQ supports eSignature integration with DocuSign.
- Integration Cloud Service - Oracle offers a comprehensive integration platform called Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). By using the power of OIC, system integrators can manage all Oracle CPQ integrations from a single location with a consistent toolset. OIC integration enables Oracle CPQ to connect to back office systems, on premise environments, and other Oracle products in a consistent, enhanced manner. Refer to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Remote Approval - This integration provides customers with the ability to integrate remote approval systems to manage their approval workflows. Remote approval systems allow customers to consolidate all of their approvals into a central location and provide a common configuration and common attributes to manage approvals for an entire suite of applications. This eliminates the need to migrate approval data from one system to another. Oracle CPQ supports remote approval integration with Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).
- Data Cube Integration - Customers that have a third party reporting or data warehouse tool, may want to export all of the transaction data from Oracle CPQ to this tool so reports can be run. Once exported, this data can be compared with data from other systems. Data Cube integration gives you a way to transmit Oracle CPQ data, as a text file, to another location. Refer to Data Cube Export Integration.
- Contract Management - This integration allows customers to perform contract management activities such as contract generation, negotiation of terms, and electronic signature for contract documents. By integrating with Oracle Enterprise Contracts customers gain a comprehensive Contract Lifecycle Management solution. Refer to Oracle Enterprise Contracts Integration.
- Generic Integration - This integration type defines a connection to an arbitrary third party system. Once defined, system integrators can use BML to retrieve these connection details prior to making a Web Service call to that system. Refer to Generic Integration.
- Authentication Certificate - This integration authenticates inbound and outbound REST communications with CPQ. An Oauth Provider integration provides a modern and secure authentication and authorization standards. Refer to Create an Authentication Certificate Integration Type.
- Digital Assistant - This integration defines the connection details for an external chatbot/messaging service. Once defined, the details can be retrieved via BML and used to send a message to the external service. Refer to Digital Assistant Integration.
- Data Table Export Scheduler - The Data Table Export Scheduler automates the export of data tables to an SFTP server. The ongoing scheduled exports provide historical data that can be used for audit and compliance purposes. Refer to Data Table Export Scheduler Integration.
- CRM - The Customer Relationship Management integration streamlines the set up and management of the connection between Oracle CPQ and a CRM environment. This interface allows administrators to directly configure the details of their integration connection without the assistance of customer support or cloud operations. The following CRM integrations are supported:
