Revenue Attribute Set

Overview

The sub-document (Transaction Line) Revenue Attributes store aggregate revenue values and other information used for financial analysis and forecasts. Attribute Sets and Array Sets are listed at the bottom of the Attribute Lists page.

The sub-document (Transaction Line) Revenue Attributes set is provided with the Standard Process. This attribute set and the associated attributes cannot be deleted from a Standard Process.

Administration

ClosedAdd a Revenue Attribute Set(Only available for Non-Standard Process)

Complete the following steps to create a Revenue Attribute Set along with the associated attributes.

  1. Navigate to Admin Home > Quotes > Process > Manage Transaction Line > Attributes.
  2. Click + Attribute.
  3. Select Revenue Attribute Set from the Type menu.
  4. Click Create.

ClosedEdit Revenue Attribute Set Attributes

Complete the following steps to edit a Revenue Attribute Set attribute.

  1. Navigate to Admin Home > Quotes > Process > Manage Transaction Line > Attributes..
  2. Click on the Revenue attribute set name.

  3. Click on the applicable attribute name.

    Refer to Commerce Attributes for information about editing attributes.

  4. Click the Translations Translations icon icon to add translations.

  5. Select one of the following:

    • Click Save to save changes and remain on the current page.

    • Click Save & Close to save changes and return to the attributes list page.

    • Click Cancel to return to the attributes list page without saving changes.

Notes

  • The Revenue Attributes set is only available for sub-documents.
  • Only one Revenue Attribute set can be added per sub-document.
  • The Revenue Attributes set Variable Names (_revenue_category_l) and (_revenueId_l) are not editable.

  • Revenue Category menu item Variable Names for the Revenue Category attribute are not editable.
