My Approvals Search
Sales users can access My Approvals Search from the User Notifications shortcut or the Redwood Quotes List - Search drop-down.
The easy-to-navigate My Approval Search provides access to all pending and completed approvals from a single page.
Status
When a sales user opens a transaction requiring approvals, the Status drawer automatically opens. The user has immediate visibility of the Actions Needed and quickly approve or reject the transaction.
Approval items display clear visual indicators, status updates, and the Approval History displays a complete audit trail of the approval process with reasons for approval or rejection.
