Note: To install a customer-specific font, your site must have document merging (Antenna House/'Multi-Source Document Creation') enabled. If you do not have this service, please submit a Service Request (SR) on My Oracle Support.
Before submitting your font, please make sure that you have the font in a compatible format. The font file(s) must be in one of the following file formats:
- TrueType (.ttf)
- OpenType (.otf)
-
Adobe Type 1 (.pfb and .afm)
You will need to provide proof that you are licensed to use the custom fonts in the CPQ environment.
Once the appropriate files are collected, create a Service Request (SR) on with the font files attached. After submitting the SR, the request will go through an approval process, after which the font will be installed and available for use.
