Host Company

Overview

Host Company refers to the hosting company, which is of FullAccesswithESales company type. This company hosts companies, called Partner Organizations, that assist the Host Company in achieving its goals.

Host Company User Types

Only the Application Administrator/SuperUser and FullAccess users within the Host Company can view and edit all Host Company information, accounts, and internal users. These users can also create, view, and edit the accounts of all Partner Organizations and the users associated with these organizations.

Administration

ClosedManaging Host Company Information

  1. Navigate to the Admin Home page.
  2. Click Host Company in the General section.

    The Host Company Info page opens.

  3. Add or edit any details.
  4. Log an Service Request (SR) on My Oracle Support to edit the list of Supported Languages.
  5. Log an Service Request (SR) on My Oracle Support to edit the list of Supported Currencies.
  6. Click Update to save your changes.

Notes

If a site exceeds the license limitations on any of the license types (Internal User & Partner Organization User), the administrator will not be allowed to create any new users until the license count is decreased and no longer exceeds the license limit. When the license limit is reached, an error message appears instructing the administrator to contact Customer Support and purchase additional licenses.

User license count excludes Web Services Only users in the count. In addition, once the maximum number of licenses is allocated, Web Services Only users can still be added to the site.
