Overview
The Root BOM items are the list of model level items. These items must be uploaded to the Oracle CPQ Data Tables before the root items are visible in the Admin UI.
The BOM Root Items Administration List page displays the BOM root item names, part numbers, and item IDs. The root item is the highest level in the BOM tree and is equivalent to an Oracle CPQ model.
The Variable Name links provide access to the BOM Item Tree Administration page for the selected Root Item.

The BOM Item Definition must be active to view root items.
