Email Signatures

Overview

An email signature is information, typically a name, title, and contact information, that is attached to all emails sent by CPQ.

Administration

ClosedAccessing the Email Signature page

  1.  Click Admin to go to the Admin Home Page.
  2. Click Email Signature in the General section.

    The Email Signature page opens.


ClosedCreating or Editing Email Signatures

  1. ClosedNavigate to the Email Signature page.
    1.  Click Admin to go to the Admin Home Page.
    2. Click Email Signature in the General section.

      The Email Signature page opens.

  1. Create a new signature or modify the existing signature.

    Use HTML to add formatting, if you want.

  2. Click Update to save your changes and return to the previous page.
